BUG-2 HORIZONTAL CONTROL UNIT

The product is intended for use in the floor leveling system of a suspended cradle located on a hydraulic lift (fire truck), or for leveling a fire platform. The product has two control channels of the actuator – analog and discrete.

  • The product generates an analog signal for controlling the leveling mechanism, proportional to the angle of inclination of the floor of the cradle or platform of the machine relative to the horizon.
  • The product generates discrete control signals of the alignment mechanism, which are generated when the threshold value of the angle of inclination of the floor of the cradle or the platform of the machine relative to the horizon is exceeded.
  • It is possible to adjust the 0 ° horizon of the platform.
  • It is possible to adjust the transmission coefficient of the analog control channel from 0.5 V/° to 2.5 V/°.
